mixed feelings about my stay
mismatched décor burnt coffee
the location was good, close to transport LINKS. the option to skip cleaning for a £10 voucher was also anice touch.
The room service was a HUGE letdown. I tried calling 'star service', but nobody answered for twenty minutes. the décor felt mismatched. It seemed they took over from a hard rock café but only changed the sign, so rock themes clash. the coffee at breakfast tasted like cheap, burnt coffee.

solid stay in a central spot
good variety live music major stores
I found breakfast had good variety. the hotel offered live music at night in the bar area, a nice bonus. the location provided easy access to shops. It was close to major stores.
The room felt small, and the bathroom was small though clean. people smoked cigarettes right outside the entrance. I had to walk through smoke. the hotel felt very commercial. It lacked a personal touch.

a decent stay
convenient location good selection tube station small room slow lift stairwell usage
the location is very convenient. it is close to the marble arch tube station. hyde park is also nearby. breakfast had a good selection of foods.
the room was a bit small. the lift system was slow. it took a while for them to arrive. i used the stairwell a couple of times.
